Celsius and Fahrenheit-Easy to Switch Modes: Press and hold the "ON/OFF" key for 1-2 seconds it is turned on and bright, and the temperature indication can be switched to Celsius degrees Celsius(°C) or Fahrenheit degrees Fahrenheit(°F)
TURN ON/TURN OFF
When it is turned off, short press the "ON/OFF" key to turn it on and the LCD screen will display the temperature value of the probe after 2 seconds.
When it is turned on, short press the "ON/OFF" key to turn it off.
The electronic digital thermometer shuts down automatically in 5 minutes.
PLEASE NOTE:
Clean the probe or disinfect it before use;
When measuring, the probe is inserted into the liquid at about 1/2 of the probe.
