This Natural Cherry Yellow Bourbon has a pleasant sweetness and full acidity. Its cup presents a distinguished Fruity taste profile.
The coffee fields extend across more than 650 hectares. Out of the farm’s 69 identified terroirs, 32 were selected for the Premier Cru collection. Only Yellow Catuai, Yellow Bourbon, and Red Acaia varieties from elevations above 1,000 meters are used. With its state-of-the-art milling facilities, the farm ensures exceptional processing quality.
